To my knowledge, there are no current plans for recognizing Korean Veterans. However, I'll leave the following information and links in place in case it starts up again.

A Committee for Recognition of Marquette County Korean Veterans was formed for the purpose of recognizing veterans who at any time lived in Marquette County. A Korean veteran, for purposes of this celebration, is anyone who served between June 25, 1950 and January 31, 1955, regardless of location - on land, sea, under the sea, or in the air. Recognition will be geared to the 4th of July, 2010. Following are some of our goals needed to accomplish this mission:

Database Database of WWII Veterans. It's been update for the final time. It's in Adobe (PDF) format so you'll need the Adobe Reader (free) to view it. I've made it as small as possible so you can upload it even with dial-up.
Committee Members Names of WWII veterans recognition committee members.
